Since 1959, Southern California Soil & Testing, Inc. (SCS&T) has been providing professional and comprehensive geotechnical engineering, materials testing and special inspection services that meet and exceed the expectations of our clients. Our understanding of the region, and experience with local conditions and agencies, has resulted in the successful completion of thousands of projects over the past 50 years. Our success is derived from meeting the goals and objectives of our clients. This is attributed to the quality of our technicians and inspectors assigned to your project and the procedures we continually refine. We acknowledge the many parties involved in the successful completion of a project and therefore place a strong emphasis on communication and the way we interact with all stakeholders. Our technicians and inspectors are full-time employees committed to the firm’s success; many who are over 20-year veterans, capable of performing numerous tasks on site, which can eliminate excessive field personnel and costly fees. We have a state-of-the-art, full-service laboratory where we conduct the necessary testing required for our projects. Our lab has an impressive list of certifications from various agencies and professional affiliations, which speaks to our knowledge and capabilities. SCS&T is a locally owned and operated company with a corporate office in San Diego and a branch office in Indio, California. We are a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) certified through the State of California and part of the Small Contractor Outreach and Opportunities Program (SCOOP), which is certified through the San Diego County Water Authority.
