  • New building enclosing a 2,000 square-foot Starbucks, 800 square-feet Subway, and 1,000 square-foot Verizon Wireless. The project also included a small patio and surface parking lot. 

  • SCS&T provided services for four buildings in the Sorrento Gateway Complex. Lot 1 consists of a three-story, 50,925 square-foot concrete tilt-up building. Lots 3, 4 and 5 each include a two-story building; lot 3 is a 57,000 square-foot concrete tilt-up, lot 4 is 60,060 square-feet and lot 5 is 75,520 square-feet.

  • The project consisted of an 85,000 square-foot shopping center, which includes a 43,000 square-foot Vons grocery store, five single-story retail structures, a two-story 45,000 square-foot medical building, two-story parking structure, and three single-story detached kiosks. The project also included retaining walls and surface parking.   • Carroll Canyon Business Park is a 52-acre development located in the Miramar area of San Diego. The 26 industrial buildings range in size from 5,560 square-feet to 12,515 square-feet. Each building is dividable to accommodate either one or two tenants. The new buildings feature extended glass lines for two-story office, skylights, 24-foot clear heights, oversized ground level loading doors and some industrial yards.
