A new state-of-the-art high school campus, constructed under Proposition MM, which consists of four comprehensive high schools on a 24.4 acre site. The project included 323,196 square-feet of classrooms, an art complex, a library, science classrooms, technology classrooms, a career center, a 790-seat auditorium, and parking to accommodate 376 vehicles. Physical education facilities include two gymnasiums; baseball, track, and football fields; and locker rooms. SCS&T provided the following services:

Olympian High School is a newly constructed facility, under Proposition BB, and is located in the Otay Ranch neighborhood of Chula Vista. The 54-acre campus encompasses an administration building, library, two career/business buildings, six classroom buildings, food services building, and a gym. SCS&T provided the following services:

Ocean View Hills is a new K-8 school located in San Ysidro. The New facility includes five classroom complexes, an administration building, gymnasium, and associated roadway and parking facilities. SCS&T provided geotechnical, foundation recommendation, special inspection and materials testing services, which consist of the following:

This Proposition MM project is a 44,345 square-foot rebuilt facility on 6.3 acres. Project included 26 classrooms, 65 parking spaces, a joint-use field, a multipurpose room, library, lunch shelter, kitchen, faculty lounge, administrative offices, and 3,500 square-feet of covered walkways.

The new construction project was conducted under Proposition MM. The 6.3-acre site houses a new elementary school, which includes 32-classrooms, 61,000 square-feet of facilities, and parking to accommodate 58 vehicles. Other features consist of a joint-use field for soccer and baseball, a multipurpose room, library/media center, lunch shelter, elevator and accessibility features, kitchen, faculty lounge, workroom, and administrative center.
