Pacific Beacon BEQ is comprised of four, 18-story residential towers featuring 941 Dual-Master Suite Apartments that accommodate approximately 2,000 single sailors. The project also included a fitness center, swimming pool, lounge areas, classrooms and a 5-story parking structure. The project was completed in February of 2009.

The project consisted of replacing the existing 40-units at the Naval Housing Amphibious Base with newly constructed one and two story single-family residences. SCS&T provided the following services on this project:

SCS&T provided professional Geotechnical and Materials Testing & Special Inspection services related to the improvements made at the existing border station, its associated facilities, and the construction of the new border station building.

The Murrieta Border Patrol Facility is a newly constructed patrol station that includes a 100-foot high radio antenna tower, access roads, surface parking areas, an automobile canopy, a new vehicle maintenance building, and fuel and wash stations, as well as a Sallyport.

Gateway Village is located in the Loma Portal area of San Diego. The project consisted of 460 new townhomes for the US Navy, including a 9,000 square-foot clubhouse and meeting area with a swimming pool, outdoor recreation areas, five picnic areas, five tot and play lots, and three play courts.
