The Marina Gateway Redevelopment Project is part of the overall development of the Harbor District. The 173-room Best Western Hotel is bounded by Paradise Marsh to the south, Bay Marina Drive (24th Street) to the north, the I-5 Freeway to the east, and Marina Way to the west, in the City of National City. The hotel has two new restaurants and Buster’s Beach House restaurant, adjacent to the hotel, that opened in late 2009. SCS&T provided the following services:

The rehabilitation of this project took the former Maryland Hotel and transformed it into the new existing Ivy Hotel. The hotel is located at the corner of 'F' Street and Sixth Avenue and consists of 159-rooms, including a 220-seat restaurant, a three-level nightclub, rooftop pool and bar, and 6,000 square-feet of meeting and banquet space. SCS&T provided the following services:

The Elephant Odyssey project is comprised of a 7-acre habitat featuring animals of past and present. Elephant Odyssey is a $44-million project, which will highlight the naturalistic environment of these amazing animals and will display life-size replicas of prehistoric mammoths, as well as a fossil dig for children. SCS&T provided the following services:

The $28.5-Million, 3-acre project created an Asian and African tropical rainforest in the middle of the Zoo. There is a new flamingo pond, a primate holding area, African reptile building, crocodile & hippo holding tanks, a pig exhibit, additional exhibit areas, elevated walkways, water fountains, and retaining walls. SCS&T provided the following services:

The Montage Hotel at Vista Serena Resort is being built on a 1,300-acre oceanfront parcel in San Jose del Cabo. The high-end beachfront hotel will be comprised of private residences, a beach club, resort spa, conference facilities, administration and maintenance buildings and an 18-hole championship golf course.
