Tank No. 2 at the Twin Oaks Reservoir in Vista is the largest pre-stressed concrete storage tank in the world, standing 40 feet-high. The inside diameter of the tank is 432 feet with a total holding capacity of 40 million gallons. Additionally, 249 miles of prestressed wrapping strand, 22,950 cubic yards of concrete, and 575,000 pounds of steel. The Project was completely buried and landscaped to blend in with the surrounding community.

The 160-foot x 80-foot Pump Station facility is part of the Emergency Storage Project, a system of reservoirs, interconnected pipelines and pumping stations designed to make water available to the San Diego region in the event of an interruption in imported water deliveries.

SCS&T currently provides on-call services to the County of San Diego and has been an on-call service provider since 2005. One of several projects completed for the County is the Black Canyon Bridge project, which is a concrete arch bridge over Santa Ysabel Creek on Black Canyon Road that was constructed in 1913. SCS&T provided Geotechnical, Materials Testing and Special Inspection Services.

The $3.2 million Children's Museum Park is located on a triangular, one-acre parcel along the Martin Luther King Jr. Promenade.
The park includes an "Art for Play" area with poetry by San Diego author Quincy Troupe, a sculpture by Roberto Salas, a reading circle, shade trellises, nearly seven dozen trees and an extensive lawn area. The park was paid for through the Centre City Development Corp. and The New Children's Museum. Southern California Soil & Testing, Inc. provided the following services:

SCS&T provided professional services on the redevelopment and realignment of Market Street, College, Gaslamp, and MTS Tower Trolley stations. Public improvements were conducted to beautify the public right-of-way along Park Boulevard between C and K Streets. The following services were provided:

SCS&T provides on-call Geotechnical, Materials Testing, and Special Inspection Services for various projects for the City of Chula Vista. We have been providing on-call services since 2007. Palomar Gateway Street Light project was one of the initial projects completed for the City of Chula Vista.

SCS&T was contracted through the City of Palm Springs to provide professional geotechnical, special inspection, materials testing, and third party QA/QC services on Phases 1 through 3 of the Airport Masterplan in Palm Springs. Phases I and II entailed the expansion of the existing two lanes into six lanes at the security checkpoint. There was the addition of a second concourse, a new holding area for regional airlines to accommodate 7 to 12 aircraft, and an airport security wall.
