  • Atlas is a D.R. Horton community located in the Hillcrest neighborhood of San Diego. The complex consists of spacious two- bedroom, two- bath condominium s ranging from approximately 1,586 to 1,771 square feet. It is a mixed-use facility that has shops and cafes just outside its doors. The complex includes a private pool and Jacuzzi, fitness center, a social lounge with patio, a BBQ area, and subterranean parking.

  • Metrome condominium complex consists of 184 residential units in an eight story concrete and glass building with underground parking. The urban warehouse style building offers 22 different floor plans ranging from studios to two-bedroom, two-bath units with a media room, sized from approximately 650 to 1,450 square feet. This half block urban project is configured around a central courtyard utilizing a double loaded corridor to maximize the floor area ratio as well as city views.
     

  • Allegro Towers is a 28-story residential mixed-use project with 211 residential units, 240 subterranean parking spaces, and 4,000 square-feet of retail space. The apartment complex offers innovative design and comfortable living.  Allegro Towers is the ultimate city resort that has a culture all its own with spectacular views of the bay and the Pacific Ocean .

     

  • Admiralty Row at Liberty Station in Point Loma is one of three distinct residential neighborhoods located at the south end of NTC.  Admiralty Row consists of 80 two-story, detached single-family homes.  SCS&T provided the following services: 
     

  • The Lake Elsinore community of Tuscany Hills is nestled in the tall foothills to the east of Interstate 15. The gateway to Tuscany Hills is atop the steep accent of Summerhill Drive, where a rustic rock waterfall greets your arrival.  SCS&T provided professional services to both the Stone's Throw and Tuscany Hills communities of Lake Elsinore.  Services included the following:
     

  • There are two neighborhoods in this masterplanned community of Terra Lago located in Indio, California. The Cristallo community consists of one and two story single-family homes, and the Lido community on the Lake consists of two story attached multi-family homes. Other projects included a clubhouse/recreation center, a pump station, and two bridges crossing a man-made lake.  SCS&T provided the following services:
