Gateway Village, San Diego, CA
Gateway Village is located in the Loma Portal area of San Diego. The project consisted of 460 new townhomes for the US Navy, including a 9,000 square-foot clubhouse and meeting area with a swimming pool, outdoor recreation areas, five picnic areas, five tot and play lots, and three play courts. SCS&T provided the following Services:
