Montage Hotel at Vista Serena Resort, San Jose del Cabo
The Montage Hotel at Vista Serena Resort is being built on a 1,300-acre oceanfront parcel in San Jose del Cabo. The high-end beachfront hotel will be comprised of private residences, a beach club, resort spa, conference facilities, administration and maintenance buildings and an 18-hole championship golf course. Utilities include a 1 million gallon Reverse Osmosis Seawater Desalination Plant, feed a 500,000 gallon partially buried concrete potable water reservoir, a 320,000 gallon wastewater treatment facility, eight sewage lift stations, and an irrigation storage lake.
