Ocean View Hills is a new K-8 school located in San Ysidro. The New facility includes five classroom complexes, an administration building, gymnasium, and associated roadway and parking facilities. SCS&T provided geotechnical, foundation recommendation, special inspection and materials testing services, which consist of the following:
Geotechnical Services: Observation & Testing of Grading, Asphalt, Base Material, Underground Utilities, and Sidewalk;
