Scripps Rancho Bernardo Clinic T.I. / Innovation Center Lot II, San Diego, CA
SCS&T provided Special Inspection and Materials Testing services for this new 6-story, 135,800 square-foot medical office building. The project included a high-tech, fully digital imaging center, urgent and primary care facilities, and on-site ambulatory surgery. Infrastructure included in-wall conduit, medical equipment structural support, plumbing, HVAC, and medical gas running into the medical equipment. Scripps occupies the entire building, which is part of the Kilroy Realty and Reno Construction’s Innovation Center Lot II. SCS&T provided services for both projects.
