Sorrento Gateway, San Diego, CA
SCS&T provided services for four buildings in the Sorrento Gateway Complex. Lot 1 consists of a three-story, 50,925 square-foot concrete tilt-up building. Lots 3, 4 and 5 each include a two-story building; lot 3 is a 57,000 square-foot concrete tilt-up, lot 4 is 60,060 square-feet and lot 5 is 75,520 square-feet.
