The project consisted of an 85,000 square-foot shopping center, which includes a 43,000 square-foot Vons grocery store, five single-story retail structures, a two-story 45,000 square-foot medical building, two-story parking structure, and three single-story detached kiosks. The project also included retaining walls and surface parking. SCS&T provided the following services:
