SCf3 Consulting is a collaboration of experienced professional assessors focused on providing high quality asset and facility condition assessment services to local, state, and federal government agencies, as well as school districts, community colleges and universities, commercial lending institutions, property managers, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT's) and tenants of all types of facilities. We provide accurate, reliable, and responsive baseline building condition assessment surveys and real estate risk management services through comprehensive due diligence reports, site assessments, research, and years of applicable industry experience to establish current repair costs, forecast future costs, and maintain project data.

Our approach to physical due diligence related to facility inspections and maintenance, along with our real property sustainment management practice, provides the inspection tools for objective and repeatable condition assessments. Preserving critical data with a financial forecast for the capital renewal projects required to maintain a property requires a detailed system inventory that identifies components with their life-cycle attributes and predicted deterioration rates.
